Acta selling the I17 park in Uddevalla

Kungsleden has acquired the I17 park in Uddevalla for SEK 206 million. Acta acquired the I17 park from Vasahallen a few years ago and when it was part of a package with three other previous regiments. The largest tenants in the I17 park are currently the Uddevalla municipality and Frida school.

Vinge acted as advisor to Acta during the sale. The representatives from Vinge included Patrick Forslund and Jonas Erlandsson.
