Acta purchases postal terminals for 3.9 billion

Two of the Norwegian company Acta's real estate funds, Näringbygg Holding III AS and Kommersiella Fastigheter Holding III AB, are purchasing Kuwait Finance House portfolio, which includes Swedish postal terminals for SEK 3.9 billion. The Swedish postal service is the dominant tenant and rents 88 percent of the premises.

Vinge acted as advisor to Acta during the acquisition. The representatives from Vinge included Patrick Forslund and Daniel Unger.
