Acta is selling their commercial real estate holdings in Sweden

Acta has signed an agreement with Niam Fond III regarding the sale of their commercial real estate holdings in Sweden. Five properties of 135,000 square metres, four of which are located in Stockholm and one in Lund, are being sold to Niam Fond III. In addition, the well-known "DN-tower" (Dagens Nyheter headquarters) and the headquarters of Electrolux are included.

Vinge was the advisor to Acta during the sale and the representative from Vinge was Patrick Forslund.

Vinge advises Revivo Group on the acquisition of Solidenergy

Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
