Acta acquires 920 apartments in Umeå

The real estate companies Lerstenen and AB-KB Konstnären are selling the housing section of their property holdings. The asset management company Acta is purchasing all 920 apartments.

Vinge was the advisor to Acta, and the representative from Vinge was Patrick Forslund.
