Vinge has advised Länsförsäkringar Skåne’s real estate company Länshem Skåne in connection with an acquisition from Skanska

Vinge has advised Länsförsäkringar Skåne’s real estate company Länshem Skåne AB in connection with the acquisition from Skanska of two property companies and thereby indirectly two commercial properties with a total of 109 apartments in Helsingborg.

Vinge’s team consisted of Henrik Ossborn together with, among others, associates Fredrik Christiansson, Jessica Salomonsson and Jack Bengtsson. Mathias Lindquist advised on the environmental issues and Maria Schutzberg provided tax law advice.
