Vinge advises Ellevio on acquisition of Laforsen Produktionsnät AB and ancillary assets

Vinge advises Ellevio AB (publ) on its acquisition of the remaining 40% interest in Laforsen Produktionsnät AB, the grid operator for the transit of electricity to the Laforsen power station, and certain ancillary assets from Fortum Sverige AB and Holmen AB (publ).

The final parts of the transaction was closed on 28 January 2018.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of responsible partner Peter Sundgren (Energy / M&A) together with associates Rasmus Perdahl (M&A) and Hannes Pettersson (M&A).
