Vinge advises Compass Group on the acquisition of Fazer Food Services from Fazer Group

Fazer Food Services is a renowned food catering business in the Nordic region with operations in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark, across several sectors including Business & Industry, Education, Healthcare, Seniors and Defence. with an enterprise value of approximately €475 million.

 Vinge has acted as legal adviser to the sellers in connection with Bonnier Books’ acquisition of Nextory, one of Europe’s leading streaming services for audiobooks and e-books. Bonnier Books is acquiring all shares in Nextory, and the transaction comprises Nextory’s operations in Sweden and internationally. The acquisition is a cash transaction and the parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
