Vinge advised on the sale of IGDB (Internet Games Data Base)

Vinge has advised the shareholders in the Gothenburg‑based company 8 Dudes in a Garage AB in conjunction with the sale to Amazon‑owned Twitch.

8 Dudes in a Garage AB has developed the platform Internet Gaming Database, IGDB, which is the world’s largest database for gaming and contains information concerning more than 119 500 unique computer and TV games.

Vinge’s team consisted of Johan Winnerblad.
