Advania AB is a scandinavian company operating as a IT-services distributor whereby they offer complete IT-solutions to companies and public services that will simplify and facilitate the growth.

Itello AS is a Norwegian wholesale distributour of computers and computer software. 

Vinge's team consisted of partners Matthias Pannier and Peter Sundgren together with senior associate Anna Thoms (Corporate & M&A) and associate Hanna Risberg (Corporate & M&A).

Advokatfirmaet Selmer AS has advised with legal services regarding the Norwegian business.
