3M, the US industrial and consumer products group, has agreed to acquire Hörnell International AB, the Swedish industrial protective equipment company, for an undisclosed sum.

 Vinge has advised Naval Group in connection with the negotiations with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for the procurement of four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Swedish Navy. The contract was signed on 31 August 2026 in Stockholm. Naval Group has been selected as a strategic partner by the Swedish Government to rapidly strengthen and modernise its fleet's capabilities.
