3i Group plc, Innovationskapital and smac sell NordNav Technologies AB

3i Group plc, InnovationsKapital, smac and other shareholders have signed an agreement to sell NordNav Technologies AB to Cambridge Silicon Radio plc. NordNav Technologies was founded in 2002, and they are manufacturers of software products for mobile GPS. The sale of NordNav Technologies is  valued at USD 75 million.

Vinge acted as the advisor to the sellers and representatives from Vinge included Johan Winnerblad, Claes Henriksson, Sara Hedblom and Johan Larsson.

Vinge has acted as legal adviser to the sellers in connection with Bonnier Books’ acquisition of Nextory, one of Europe’s leading streaming services for audiobooks and e-books. Bonnier Books is acquiring all shares in Nextory, and the transaction comprises Nextory’s operations in Sweden and internationally.
