Vinge represents the sellers in the sale of Donya Labs to Microsoft.

Microsoft acquires the Linköping based company Donya Labs, developer of the Simplygon software for 3D games and VR applications. Among the sellers are the founders Ulrik Lindahl and Koshi Hamedi as well as SEB Venture Capital.

Vinge's team comprised Johan Larsson (M&A), Ulrich Ziche (M&A), Carl Sander (M&A), Mathilda Persson (Technology) and Niclas Thorgerzon (Technology).

The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.

Vinge has advised Oncopeptides AB (publ) in connection with a partially guaranteed rights issue which is expected to provide Oncopeptides with proceeds of approximately SEK 200 million before deduction of transaction costs.
