Vinge has advised Swegon AB in connection with the acquisition of Coolmation Group.

Coolmation Group is one of the UK’s fastest growing companies within the field of chilling and cooling systems. The company has 70 employees and its operations include the sale, service and rental of chilling equipment. 

Swegon AB is a market leader in the production and supply of energy efficient ventilation and climate control systems. Swedon AB is a subsidiary of Investment AB Latour.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Magnus Pauli and associate Gabriel Westin.
