Vinge advises Swegon

Vinge, through Magnus Pauli, together with the German law firm Nörr, has advised Swegon in connection with the acquisition of Zent Frenger GmbH.

Zent‑Frenger is a leading supplier of chilled ceilings in Germany and also develops and sells adapted commercial heat pumps as well as TABS products (thermo active building systems).

Swegon is a company within the Latour group and conducts operations within the energy efficient ventilation and indoor climate systems sector.

 Atria Sverige has acquired a 25 per cent stake in the Swedish convenience food company Cookin Food Sweden AB. The transaction has been performed through the acquisition of shares in Bite Delight AB, which owns Cookin Food Sweden AB. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.

 Vinge has advised Oncopeptides AB (publ) in connection with a partially guaranteed rights issue which is expected to provide Oncopeptides with proceeds of approximately SEK 200 million before deduction of transaction costs.
