Vinge advises Swegon

Vinge, through Magnus Pauli, together with the German law firm Nörr, has advised Swegon in connection with the acquisition of Zent Frenger GmbH.

Zent‑Frenger is a leading supplier of chilled ceilings in Germany and also develops and sells adapted commercial heat pumps as well as TABS products (thermo active building systems).

Swegon is a company within the Latour group and conducts operations within the energy efficient ventilation and indoor climate systems sector.

Vinge has acted as legal adviser to the sellers in connection with Bonnier Books’ acquisition of Nextory, one of Europe’s leading streaming services for audiobooks and e-books.
