Vinge advises on lifts transaction

Vinge has advised Latour Industries AB in connection with the acquisition of Aritco Group, a leading Swedish manufacturer of home lifts and platform lifts.

Artico Group’s head office and manufacturing facility are situated in Kungsängen. The company has 157 employees and in 2015 the company’s turnover was SEK 369 million.

Latour Industries is a wholly owned subsidiary of Latour Industries AB. Closing is estimated to take place at the end of May or beginning of June.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Magnus Pauli, Johanna Björnum Nyström, Emma Kero Ljungberg, Daniel Lennartsson, Karin Wissenius and Anna Palmérus.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
