The Oscarson family and the company’s former CEO will retain a significant shareholding together with Litorina and other key personnel within the company’s management.

Vinge’s team consisted of partners Johan Winnerblad and Louise Brorsson Salomon together with, among others, associates Charlotta Järnstedt, Helena Håkansson, Emil Fahlén Godö, Jasmin Draszka-Ali and Anne Wijkman.

Naval Group signs contract for four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Royal Swedish Navy

 Vinge has advised Naval Group in connection with the negotiations with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for the procurement of four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Swedish Navy. The contract was signed on 31 August 2026 in Stockholm. Naval Group has been selected as a strategic partner by the Swedish Government to rapidly strengthen and modernise its fleet's capabilities.
