VINGE ADVISES LATOUR INDUSTRIES

Vinge has advised Latour Industries in connection with the acquisition of the entire issued share capital in Bastec AB. Bastec is based in Malmö and conducts operations relating to the development and marketing of building automation systems, i.e. the management, monitoring, alarm management and energy optimization of commercial properties. Latour Industries is a wholly owned subsidiary of Latour AB (publ). Latour Industries conducts operations relating to energy efficiency of commercial properties, data collation systems, electrical switching devices, wood and metal processing tools as well as packaging and sealants.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Magnus Pauli and associates Johanna Björnum Nyström and Daniel Lennartsson.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
