Vinge has advised Latour in connection with the sale of Specma AB to Hydra-Grene, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Danish industrial conglomerate, Schouw & Co. The transaction is conditional upon approval by the relevant competition authorities and is estimated to be completed by the end of 2015.
Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Magnus Pauli, Johanna Björnum Nyström and Daniel Lennartsson.
