VINGE ADVISES ALIPES IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACQUISITION OF HÖÖKS

Vinge has advised the investment company, Alipes Invest AB in connection with the acquisition of Hööks. Hööks is the Nordic region’s largest stores and distance sales chain for horse and dog enthusiasts.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad together with associates Johan Mattsson and Filip Öhrner. Louise Brorsson Salomon advised on acquisition financing issues and Helena Höök advised on competition law issues.

Vinge advises Altor on its public offer for Sleep Cycle

 Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle. The total value of the offer was approximately SEK 497 million.
