Vinge has advised Advenica AB (publ) in connection with its listing on NASDAQ OMX First North Premier.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of partners Jesper Ottergren and Erik Sjöman together with associates Christian Lindhé, Carl Fahleryd and Kristoffer Franzkeit.

Vinge advises the sellers on the sale of Nextory to Bonnier Books

 Vinge has acted as legal adviser to the sellers in connection with Bonnier Books’ acquisition of Nextory, one of Europe’s leading streaming services for audiobooks and e-books. Bonnier Books is acquiring all shares in Nextory, and the transaction comprises Nextory’s operations in Sweden and internationally. The acquisition is a cash transaction and the parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
