Vinge is advising Dole Food Company, Inc., in connection with the sale of all of the shares in Saba Fresh Cuts AB and Saba Fresh Cuts Oy to BAMA International AS.

Dole Food Company, Inc., is one of the world’s largest producers of high-quality fresh fruit and fresh vegetables. The transaction is subject to approval by the European Commission.

The Vinge team advising Dole Food Company, Inc., includes mainly Peter Abrahamsson, Anna Edström and Daniel Melander Björner.

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
