Vinge has advised Wassum in connection with its merger with Söderberg & Partners

Wassum and Söderberg & Partners have merged and formed Wassum/Söderberg & Partners Institutional Advisors within the field of advice to institutional investors.

The merger entails that Wassum/Söderberg & Partners Institutional Advisors will be one of Northern Europe’s largest actors within fund management and institutional advisory services.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Jonas Johansson, counsel Joacim Rydergård and associate Anna Thoms.
