Vinge has advised Dometic Group AB (publ) in connection with the financing of its acquistion of SeaStar Solutions

Vinge has advised Dometic Group AB (publ) in connection with the financing of its acquisition of SeaStar Solutions, a leading North American-based supplier to the leisure marine industry. 

The purchase price amounted to USD 875 million and was fully financed via cash and bank facilities.

Vinge’s team consisted of Louise Brorsson Salomon, Linn Adelwald and Josefine Lanker.

Vinge advises Altor on its public offer for Sleep Cycle

 Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle. The total value of the offer was approximately SEK 497 million.
