Vinge engages Carl Wetter as Senior Advisor

Carl Wetter, one of the Nordic region’s most experienced lawyers within EU and competition law, is joining Vinge as a Senior Advisor.

During the period 2013-2016, Carl Wetter served as a judge in the General Court of the Court of Justice of the European Union. In this capacity, Carl Wetter was involved in several of the most notable cases within the field of competition, state aid and other areas of law. Carl Wetter has a background as a lawyer and partner at Vinge and was one of the founders of Vinge’s establishment in Brussels already in 1989.  Carl Wetter has been awarded H.M. The King’s Medal for meritorious achievements as a lawyer (2017).
