Vinge assists Adven in connection with its acquisition of a district heating company from E.ON

Vinge advises Adven Sweden AB in connection with its acquisition of E.ON Värme Lokala Energilösningar Aktiebolag.

The target company provides district heating and has several local distributed energy solutions across Sweden.

Vinge’s team consists of, among others, responsible partner Johan Göthberg together with Filip Brosset, Mikaela Lang, Malin Ohlin, Isabell Nielsen, Josephine Andersson, Eva Fredriksson, Mika Jordan, Fabian Ekeblad, Sofia Ekdahl, Mathilda Persson, Emelle Ouachi and Viktoria Owetz.

Vinge has advised Alder on the establishment of Alder Strategic Opportunities Fund I and on a fund credit facility agreement in connection with the fundraising

 Vinge has advised Alder on the establishment of the continuation fund Alder Strategic Opportunities Fund I AB. In connection with the establishment, the fund acquires the portfolio companies SI and SMG from Alder II. Vinge also advised Alder on the entering into of a fund credit facility agreement with SEB.
