Vinge advises Yilport in connection with Infranode’s investment in Yilport Sweden

Vinge has advised Yilport Holding AS and Yilport Sweden Terminal Investments AB (“Yilport Sweden”) in connection with a SEK 400,000,000 investment in Yilport Sweden by Infranode I (NO. 1) AB.

Yilport Sweden and its subsidiaries conduct business, inter alia, as port operator of the Port of Gävle and were, prior to the investment, wholly owned subsidiaries of Yilport Holding AS.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of Albert Wållgren, André Isacson and Stephanie Stiernstedt (Banking and Finance) as well as Matthias Pannier, Rasmus Perdahl, Elsie Nassar and Hannes Pettersson (M&A).

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
