Vinge has advised Power Systems Technologies, Ltd. and Flex, Ltd. in connection with the acquisition of Ericsson’s Power Module business.

Hansa Biopharma is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company pioneering the development and commercialization of innovative, lifesaving and life altering treatments for patients with rare immunological conditions. Hansa Biopharma’s ordinary share is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
