Vinge has advised Baseload Capital Holding AB in connection with an investment of around USD 12,500,000 in the company by the US fund Breakthrough Energy Ventures.
Baseload Capital Holding AB is financing international projects for renewable energy, primarily geothermal energy through its subsidiary, Baseload Capital Sweden AB (publ).
Vinge’s team consisted primarily of Kristina Ekberg, Matthias Pannier, Rasmus Perdahl and Hannes Pettersson.
