Memira acquires EyeCenter and StureOptikern

Vinge has advised Memira in conjunction with the acquisition of Stockholm EyeCenter, Täby EyeCenter and StureOptikern.

Memira conducts the Nordic Region’s leading chain within sight correction operations and is one of the leading actors in the world in relation to lens replacement operations. 

The EyeCenter companies have eye centres on Norrlandsgatan in Stockholm City and in Täby. StureOptikern is Stockholm’s premium boutique for eye fashion.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Anna Thoms, Vilhelm Rondahl, Ulf Nilsson and Andreas Lexhag.

Vinge has advised the property company Intea Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue of shares of series D through which the company raises proceeds of approximately SEK 500 million before transaction costs. A part of the share issue is subject to subsequent approval at an extraordinary general meeting.
