IK Small Cap I Fund acquires OS Group AB

OpenSolution’s head office is situated in Gothenburg and the company provides turnkey solutions for cash and payment systems. The transaction is subject to customary conditions precedent.  

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, partner Jonas Bergström together with associates Linda Sengul, Louise Nordkvist and Marith Welin Berger (M&A), partner Louise Brorson Salomon together with associates Helena Håkansson and Adam Sandberg (financing) as well as Nicklas Thorgerzon, Tomas Forsgren and Manne Bergström (IT and IP).

Vinge advises Altor on its public offer for Sleep Cycle

 Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle. The total value of the offer was approximately SEK 497 million.
