IK Investment Partners to acquire A-Katsastus Group’s operations in Sweden, Poland and the Baltics

Vinge has advised IK Small Cap II Fund in connection with entering into an agreement to acquire Carspect AB, SIA Scantest, Autotest Polska Sp. Z.o.o and A-Ülevaatus OÜ (“the Group”), from A-Katsastus Group Oy, a leading provider of vehicle inspection services in Northern Europe.

Completion of the transaction is subject to customary conditions.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, partner Jonas Bergström together with associates Johanna Wiberg, Michaela Cronemyrand Karolina Cohrs (M&A), partner Louise Brorson Salomon together with associate Lionardo Ojeda (financing).

Vinge has advised Northmill in connection with its inaugural issuance of primary capital instruments (AT1)

 Vinge has advised Northmill Group AB in connection with its issuance of SEK 275 million primary capital instruments (so called “AT1 bonds”) with a floating rate interest of 3-month STIBOR + 690 basis points. The AT1 bonds are perpetual with a first call option after five years and are intended to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Transfer Market and, subsequently, on Nasdaq Stockholm.
