Vinge has advised Helix Kapital in connection with the acquisition of Member 24 AB, the current management of which will remain as significant minority shareholders.

Member 24 is a chain of gyms in the low‑price segment which offers high‑quality gyms at low cost 24 hours a day.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, David Lundahl and Sophia Holm.
