Johan Winnerblad has been ranked the fourth most active M&A lawyer in Europe on Mergermarket’s list of transactions, according to Legal Week. During 2007, Johan carried out 13 transactions by comparison with the lawyers that were ranked first and second who carried out 15 and 14 transactions respectively.
