Vinge has advised Annehem Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with its rights issue

Vinge has advised Annehem Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with its rights issue of Class A and B shares, which provides Annehem with issue proceeds of approximately SEK 300 million before deduction of transaction costs.

The new Class B shares issued in the rights issue are expected to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm on or around 13 March 2024. Annehem Fastigheter is a growth-driven property company specializing in commercial, community service and residential properties in the Nordic growth regions of Stockholm, Skåne, Gothenburg and Helsinki. The property portfolio in Annehem Fastigheter consists of 26 investment properties with a value of SEK 4,412.7 million and a lettable area of 202 thousand sqm as of 31 December 2023. The company's Class B shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of Rikard Lindahl, Joel Magnusson, Oskar Nilsson, Michaela Ådén and Lovisa Jonassen.

The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
