Vinge advises the founders in connection with Altor Fund V’s investment in the Swedish founded international music group Audiowell. The founders will remain shareholders and continue in their current roles in the development of the group. In connection with the transaction, Audiowell and Altor have partnered up together with the leading music producer Martin Sandberg (a.k.a. Max Martin). The group has a music studio complex in Stockholm from where it supports over 100 music creators spanning from the US to Hong Kong and South America, focusing on a broad range of genres such as jazz, relaxation, acoustic, dance, rock and classical.

Vinge’s team consisted mainly of Jonas Johansson, Maria Dahlin Kolvik, Carl Fredrik Wachtmeister and Linnea Petersson (M&A) as well as Viktoria Owetz Leyva and Ellinor Gyllenhammar (VDR Specialists).
