Vinge advises Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Nordea, Morgan Stanley and DNB Markets in connection with Millicom’s rights issue

Vinge advises Goldman Sachs International, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige (Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners), DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, Sweden Branch and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc (Joint Bookrunners) in connection with Millicom International Cellular S.A.’s rights issue of approximately SEK 7.5 billion before issue costs.

Millicom’s shares are, through SDRs, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Millicom’s shares are directly listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market’s Global Select Market in the United States.

Vinge’s team primarily consist of David Andersson, William Kåge, Michaela Ådén and Erik Sjöman.

Vinge has advised Ikano Bank AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of a consumer credit unsecured loan portfolio from Nordnet Bank AB. The final purchase price will be based on the outstanding loan volume in the portfolio as of closing date. As of March 2024, the outstanding loan volume in the portfolio amounted to approximately SEK 3.8 billion. The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
