Trine Osen Bergqvist is a counsel in Vinge’s EU, Competition & Regulatory practice group. With more than 20 years’ experience of competition law, of which almost ten years have been spent in different expert and managerial positions at the Swedish Competition Authority, Trine’s expertise spans the entire field of competition law. Her experience and also her insights from public enforcement are of great value in her role as attorney and advisor. Trine is the co-author of the 6th edition of the Swedish Handbook on Competition Law (Sw. Konkurrensrätt – En handbook) (2022) and a commentary on the Swedish Competition Damages Act (Sw: Konkurrensskadelagen – En handbook) (2023). She is a regularly engaged speaker at competition law conferences.
