Stojan specializes in transactional IP and focus on legal and strategic advice in matters concerning intellectual property law and contract law. He is responsible for Vinge’s offering within Life Sciences & Health. His services primarily focus on intellectual property issues and risk assessments in transactions (M&A), technology transfers, licensing structures and development agreements, including negotiations and drafting. He is in particular experienced in media-, tech- and life science-related agreements
In addition to his experience from working at law firms, Stojan has a background as an academic researcher and was an associate professor (jur. dr and docent) at the Institute of Intellectual Property, Marketing and Competition Law (IMC) at Uppsala University, of which he was also the Director for several years.
He regularly teaches law at the universities in Uppsala, Stockholm and Lund and also frequently speaks and publishes articles on various IP and contracting issues.
