Jonas Lindblad has over 15 years’ experience from a broad range of employment law issues. His practice includes advice on drafting of all sorts of employment agreements and policies, restructuring and redundancy procedures, business transfers, bonus plans and incentive schemes, pension and insurance, outsourcing, collective bargaining agreements and union relations. Moreover, he frequently advises multinational companies on global employee mobility and other immigration issues such as securing a right to work in Sweden. Jonas also regularly represents employers in disputes and negotiations and has a particular focus in dispute resolution regarding trade secrets non-compete clauses and loyalty undertakings. Over the years, he has also provided extensive advice on workplace safety and compliance issues, including implementation of health and safety policies and managing disputes arising from workplace accidents.
