Vinge has advised the legal tech company Arkivia in connection with a fully subscribed share issue of SEK 40 million with new and existing shareholders. The round was led by node.vc. In connection with the share issue, Arkivia also entered into the Swedish Bar Association’s first framework agreement for a case management system.

The transaction is Pointsharp's sixth add-on acquisition since Main Capital became an investment partner in November 2020.
