Vinge has acted as legal adviser to Deutsche Bank, Citigroup Global Markets and Nordea in connection with the establishment of Vattenfall’s Swedish EMTN programme.

May 15, 2018 Banking and Finance

The EMTN programme enables Vattenfall to continuously issue notes within a maximum outstanding nominal amount of EUR 10 billion at each time.

The EMTN programme is the first ever to be established under Swedish law. Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is acting as arranger and Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, Citigroup Global Markets Limited and Nordea Bank AB (publ) are appointed as dealers under the programme. The prospectus was approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on 18 April 2018.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Mikael Ståhl together with Josefine Larsson and Sara Osman.

 Vinge has advised Hansa Biopharma AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue through which the company raises proceeds of SEK 372 million before transaction costs. Hansa Biopharma is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company pioneering the development and commercialization of innovative, lifesaving and life altering treatments for patients with rare immunological conditions. Hansa Biopharma’s ordinary share is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
