Malin Ohlin has more than 20 years experience of contract and company law and extensive knowledge of managing and negotiating M&A-related and other projects for industrial clients, with a particular focus on companies within the mining and forestry industry. Malin also manages the day-to-day legal work of a number of Swedish and foreign companies relating to e.g. supply- and purchase agreements, GT&Cs, distribution agreements and similar.
